If (most) overweight people are completely honest with themselves, they know how they got fat. No delusions here-I did b/c i ate too damn much. And I have reached my rock bottom. So what am I doing to get skinny? Training for a triathalon. I like to aim high haha! Not just to get skinny though, but to be active, healthy, & I just like to do crazy shit every now & again. This blog is to help me deal with the lows, celebrate the highs, & remind me how it’ll all be worth it in the end!
